Leah Fremouw

Leah Fremouw’s commitment to her community brings her out of the office and into on-the-ground community investing initiatives. Her current role as CEO of Bridging Virginia enables her to form a bridge between Virginia’s low-wealth communities and investors dedicated to inclusive growth. Leah has specialized experience in crafting story arcs that resonate with community investors, having led the TEDxRVA series in 2012-2017. In that role, she led the events’ theme development, speaker curation, and show production.

Andrea Longton, CFA

Andrea Longton is an award-winning author and professional social justice investor. She has raised over $1 billion for social justice investments in the United States and has advised on another $1.5 billion worldwide. Throughout all her experiences, Andrea prioritizes listening to and partnering with communities that have been shut out from traditional financial systems. In addition to her professional experience, Andrea manages her family’s finances, including their own social justice investment portfolio.

Ebony is passionate about communicating the full impact of community investments and is masterful at transcending the typical investor narrative to step into a storytelling zone that resonates on an emotional level.

Chance Lee

Chance Lee is an enthusiastic, experienced marketing and communications specialist who combines a passion for graphic design and the arts with strong administrative skills to tackle any project, big or
small. While today Chance primarily lends his expertise to actors in the social finance space, his professional background is, for lack of a better word, diverse. From technician at a lizard vivarium to theme park caricaturist, he’ s managed to develop an eclectic skillset in addition to a high tolerance for lizard bites. When he isn’t producing for Renegade Capital or providing his comms experience elsewhere, Chance can be found running D&D campaigns, doodling in his sketchbook, or doing volunteer work related to housing justice.
