The Activist’s Podcast for Finance and Investments
Renegade Capital is the activist’s podcast for finance and investments. We interview thought leaders who go into the ring every day to fight against the racist, sexist, and exclusive norms established by traditional financial and capital systems. Our listeners walk away inspired by our guests and armed with actionable tips and tools to use money to create the world in which they want to live.
our story
Leah, Ebony, and Andrea are “pandemic friends” who have only met in person once: in July 2021 for a strategy session to create Renegade Capital podcast. Since none of us know our way around podcast editing software, we are delighted (and relieved) that Chance Lee agreed to join us as our producer.
We are all dedicated to the mission of driving capital to people and places that have been chronically disconnected from traditional financial resources. We each hold strong opinions about the best path forward – and we don’t always agree. We created this podcast to guide activists seeking to use their money as a powerful asset in their fights for social, environmental, and economic justice.
We’ve culled our collective networks to invite powerful leaders for candid conversations about the financial reality for activists in America.
Join us.
